If results fall below expectations the client is no further ahead and only has a bill to show for the effort. We don't work for free and we do believe that our success should be tied to our client’s success or expectations.
If results are below what we have agreed, our fees will be adjusted accordingly. On the other hand, if we are successful in driving results beyond expectations we expect to be recognized for that as well. We are driven by professional standards of conduct and customer satisfaction.
